Online Returns Process:

Sign-in on the online returns process directly from our website fedon.com within 14 days of purchase, asking for a return at the following email address: e-commerce@fedon1919.com.

Once the online return form has been completed and sent, our customer care will contact you to confirm your request and provide you all the information for pick-up.

To make a return:

- Re-package the item/s you’d like to return.

- Print the label you received from our CS and put it outside the package.

- Close the package and please remember to write outside the package our shipping address: Fedon 1919, Via dell'industria 5/9, 32016 Alpago, K/A Customer Care Fedon 1919.

- Your package is ready, all you have to do is waiting for the pick-up.

Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentahe custometion will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Refund:

Refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen for the online purchase. If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, you must have a bank account in order to request a refund: with this payment method, refunds are only issued via bank transfer to your account. In this case it will be necessary to send an email to e-commerce@fedon1919.com with your bank details (Code ABI - CAB - Current Account - SWIFT of the invoice holder).
